üJanuary15-18 – Winter Camp @ Heart of Virginia Scout Reservation – $61/youth (plusadditional fees if applicable); $56/adult – includes meals & activities.Some merit badges may have an additional cost. Pay by 11/23/20 – no refunds

üFebruary1 – PLC: Sr. Patrol Leader, Asst. Sr. Patrol Leader, Troop Guide, PatrolLeaders, & Scribe should attend; begins at 6 pm

üFebruary19-21 – Escape Room Campout: Camping at Albright Scout Reservation andtraveling to Last Second Escape at 11001 Midlothian Turnpike, Suite A to experiencethe Escape room on Saturday, February 20. $32/person pays for escape room,food, and camp costs. Pay by February 8 so the room can be booked in advance.

üApril9-11 – DC Museums Campout: Camp at Cherry Hill Park, MD and travel to DC and explorethe National Air & Space Museum/National Museum of Natural History. Scoutswill need to bring a day pack with a bagged lunch. $12 for camping + food.

üApril26 – Unit Elections: Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol Leader Elections for bothtroops

üMay14-16 – Fishing Campout: Camp at Albright Scout Reservation and fishing atDutch Gap Conservation Area in Chester, VA. $10 for food + $2 for camping + anyadults must have fishing license. Bring your own fishing poles, bait, etc. Letus know if you need to borrow a pole.

üJanuary17-20: Winter Camp: Winter Camp @ Heart of Virginia Scout Reservation – We needto know ASAP if you plan on attending. $61/youth (plus additional fees ifapplicable); $56/adult – includes meals & activities. Some merit badges mayhave an additional cost.

üFebruary7-9: VA Beach Aquarium Trip Campout – Camping at Pipsico Scout Reservation;$22/person

üFebruary11: Grace Café – Serving Kielbasa; Scouts be there ASAP; adults starting @noon; service hours apply

üFebruary15: Pack 2877 Pinewood Derby @ CPC Fellowship Hall starting @ 11 am

üMarch13-15: Shotgun Shooting Merit Badge Campout - Camping at Albright ScoutReservation and traveling to Amelia Wildlife Management to complete MB.***Scouts must attend all meetings February 17-March 9 to attend this campingtrip unless you receive authorization from Mr. Kelley.***

üJune13: Clean up @ CPC – 8 am, service hours apply

üJuly5-10: Camp Resilience Summer Camp @ Pocahontas State Park - $100/person; needto know NLT 6/1/20 if you are attending; earn 9-12 merit badges

üSeptember11-13: Advancement Campout #1 - Camping at Albright Scout Reservation.Completing skills for Scouts 1st Class and below. Scouts 1st Class & Abovemay help teach younger scouts or complete service time.

üSeptember22: Join Scouting Night @ CPC – 5:30-8:30, Wear full Class A Uniform includingneckerchief and sash and come help set up, recruit cubs and potential troopmembers, clean up.

üOctober3: Clean up @ CPC – Starting at 9 am. Service hours apply. Need as many scoutsas possible to help with this large responsibility. Bring a mask, work gloves,and a filled water bottle.

üOctober5: Patrol Leader’s Council @ 6 pm – Sr. Patrol Leader, Asst. Sr. Patrol Leader,Troop Guide, Patrol Leaders, & Scribe should attend

üOctober12: WE WILL BE MEETING – Even though this is a holiday, we do plan to meet

üOctober13: Grace Café (Drive-Through Style) @ CPC – Let Mr. LaBrecque know ASAP if youcan help with this. Need adults beginning @ 1 pm. Service hours apply.

ü  October 16-18: Advancement Campout #2 –Camping at Albright Scout Reservation. Completing skills for Scouts 1st Classand below. Scouts 1st Class & Above may help teach younger scouts orcomplete service time.

üOctober23-25: Rifle Shooting Merit Badge Campout – Camping at Albright ScoutReservation and traveling to Amelia Wildlife Management to complete MB. ***Scoutsmust attend all meetings September 28-October 19 to attend this camping tripunless you receive authorization from Mr. Kelley.***

üOctober24: Help with Yard Sale @ CPC (if you are not camping) – See Mr. LaBrecque fordetails

üOctober30-November 1: Camping with Pack 2877 for Creepy Forest – Camping at AlbrightScout Reservation. Troops will run a “creepy trail” on Halloween night for theyoungest cubs (Lion-Wolf). Also will help during the day for cub activities. Servicehours apply.

üNovember2: New Leadership Takes Over/ Patrol Leader’s Council @ 6 pm –  Sr. Patrol Leader, Asst. Sr. Patrol Leader,Troop Guide, Patrol Leaders, & Scribe should attend

üNovember30: Court of Honor (Awards Ceremony) – Come see your Scout earn all of theawards they’ve earned

üNovember6-8: Wilderness Survival Campout – Camping at Albright Scout Reservation andbuilding wilderness survival shelters as well as learning other survivalskills. AOL that will be bridging very soon will be joining us.

üNovember9: Uniform Inspections: Wear your full Class A uniform and be ready forinspection

üNovember21: Scouting for Food/Bags IN – Bags will be collected and returned tocollection sites. Scouts will receive 10 door hangers in the mail to bedistributed to your 10 closest neighbor, family, or friends. On November 21,you are responsible for collecting food from your 10 people and bringing thosebags to the church.

üDecember7: Patrol Leader’s Council @ 6 pm – Sr. Patrol Leader, Asst. Sr. Patrol Leader,Troop Guide, Patrol Leaders, & Scribe should attend

üDecember12: Holiday Party @ LaBrecque House 11-5. Bring a dish to share. Bring aScouting related gift with a $5-10 value to swap with other participants in awhite elephant gift exchange. Scouts will be playing Frisbee golf at Goyne Parkbefore the party/exchange.
